Called day before asking about early checkin and was told as long as a room was clean after 12 wouldn’t be a problem. Showed up at 2 and was told I had to wait til 3. The area has lots of places to stay and eat but seems a bit questionable. The room was good at first glance but looking closer the floors had dirt and grime like they hadn’t been cleaned at all and a roach was climbing the wall!

The bathroom toilet and floor were not clean. Pillows were dirty. Bedroom floor was dirty. Bed was messy. We had to go to Walmart to buy cleaning products to make it livable for the night only because the room was nonrefundable we had to stay

Our room, last they had one ground level, which we needed, has something smeared all over mirror next to front door, dead bugs on floors, shower curtain torn and stained, algae growing on tbu facet. The staff was nice but the room smelled of smoke, the bathroom curtain had mold on it, used rags were left in the bathroom and the pillows just had the normal pillow case and did not have a underlining cover.
