I like that was close to where I needed to be and i felt safe. I stay in the hotel few times before. Didn't like that it was not as clean as before and the hallway carpets color is so ugly and make the hotel looks unclean. The rooms are nice and comfortable. And the cleaning service was great. I have only one counter person that was not friendly at all.

Good value, close to the airport, lots of restaurants nearby. The lobby was decent, the hallways looked tired, but the room was surprisingly nice. Free breakfast. The pool is an absolute joke, though: it could probably fit 10 people total.

They were doing a refurbishment of the hallways, so we were kind of leery until we got to our room. Wow! Room was completely refurbished. Fantastic room. Same with front desk lady. So, friendly and performed her duties above and beyond expectations.

Property was under construction when we got there. Nails and screws on the floor. Elevator broken, so we had to carry 2 children to the 4th floor after our flight, at 1230am. Room smelled muffy, staircase smelled like weed. Would not wish this on my worst enemy. DONT GO!!

This property needs some serious work. We stayed in room 417, the shower would not turn off and dripped constantly all night. No cold water in the shower and the hot water was scalding so a shower was not possible. The shower faucet and wall panels were barely attached to the wall. Stepped on a drywall screw left on the floor. Trash (dirty diapers) from the previous occupant was not emptied by the cleaning crew. Toilet didn’t always flush. Sink was cracked. The refrigerator did not work.

Not so happy

The elevator was out of service and had been that way for many days. Our room was on the fourth floor. Not very convenient for a 66 and 64 couple. One of the employees did carry one of our suitcases up to the fourth floor that was very helpful. In the room the bathtub leet water constantly could not turn it off. The air conditioner rattled and did not cool the room very well. The exit door to the stairwell you had to hit it very hard to get it open and every time someone went out or in he woke you up. In the shower surround it had a large crack that stuck out you could get cut on it. On the good side the bed was very comfortable and the room looked very neat and tidy.

Never offered the room i booked. Put others ahead of us even though i booked 2 months ahead. Elevator broke a while back and never notified anyone. All that said, the staff was helpful and friendly but obviously working in a run down dump. They didn't seem to suprised when i told them i killed a cockroach in the bathroom.

One of the daytime staff was nasty and hung up on us.The room was not cleaned while we were there. I left a dress behind and called right away and it was not there and no help looking for it.Owner was of no help at all. If it wasnt for 3 of the staffmembers I would never stay there again.

Very clean, very happy with the breakfast & staff at the front was very nice, but once we checked in they then informed us that the elevator was not working but would be fixed no later than Tuesday, we checked out on Friday & elevator was still out of service. We had to change rooms cuz a/c unit was leaking really bad, had a puddle of water in our room. We didn’t have room service the whole week we were there & had to keep going down to ask for towels & most of the time the staff said they couldn’t find any. Housekeeping was extremely rude & loud every morning, slamming doors over & over, but overall besides those things we were very comfortable in our room
