When we walked into the room, it smelled moldy and humid. I immediately lowered the AC to make smell go away. When we walked into the bathroom, we noticed mold in the shower, the shower was broken. The nod to turn from hot to cold was broken and kept turning. The tub spout was broken and the whole thing would come off. It was horrible. We talked to our friends who were also on the trip and all of their rooms had something wrong with it as well. Also, the hotel was fully booked so we couldn’t switch to different rooms. Terrible experience, won’t be coming back.

I needed a hotel with a shuttle to SFB airport for an early morning flight. I called the morning I was to check in to reserve a spot on the shuttle and was told I couldn’t do it until I checked in. I didn’t check in until 9:30 pm and was told the shuttle I needed was full. The front desk clerk also said I could’ve checked in earlier and was told incorrectly. She was able to provide an alternate shuttle service which worked out fine (not free, but fine). The room was satisfactory. The tub faucet leaked and a towel bar was broken. I only stayed for 6 hours, so I didn’t need much more than a bathroom and comfortable bed. The hallway was hot, but the air conditioning in the room worked well. The lobby and breakfast area looked nice. Plenty of fast food choices nearby too. This hotel worked for what I needed.

I like the person who checked me in because I told her that I was hungry but it was raining and did not want to get wet by walking to the restaurant near by. She told me not to worry that I could use her umbrella not to get wet. That was very nice impressive...and noble of her to offer protection to the hotel guest

Disappointing
The building seemed older than other Best Western Plus that I have stayed in. I noticed an unpleasant odor in the lobby. Once in my room the odor was stronger. A good note, the room did look clean and the bed was comfortable. You cannot reserve the airport shuttle van prior to your check-in. Upon arrival, I was told there were no more seats available. They need a bigger vehicle since this is one of their listed perks.
