An honest review from a large family
The customer service was amazing. Jay was super helpful letting us check in early after getting off of our cruise ship. The room fit our family great. The beds and bedding are comfortable. The downfalls were: there were a lot of little ants around the pool area that would crawl on you if you stood in one place for longer than a few seconds; the lighting in the room is a bit harsh and doesn’t offer lower lighting options (for around bedtime); the second floor was being renovated so we were not able to use the laundry because it was located there; and the traffic noise from the freeway was very loud when trying to sleep.
