The buffet breakfast was not worth the money, the food was cold and had been sitting in the warming trays for some time . The toast bread was stale and they only had Vegan Margarine for the bread also all the salt shakers where empty they had to look for salt to refill . The restaurant was not very clean Will not stay at this place again This place needs a good updating to bring it back

The staff were great, the location fantastic. But the property is in dire need of capital investment. Very disappointed in the quality of the room especially considering the high price. Wall paper was peeling off, air conditioning didn’t work, huge security risk with easy access to the room via the backstairs and deck. Kitchen well stocked but appliances looked like something from the 1970’s. To the owners of the property , come on, you can do way better.

They ran out of towels for a good chunk of the day. It was BC long weekend but they also had a beach so they should at least have towels. The beach was very nice and there were no rocks or seaweed in the swimming area.

I didn’t like the questionable repairs and renovations. Rooms seemed to be dirty. Hard to get towels replenished. No seating in pool area. Gym equipment was out of date. Terrible food presentation in the restaurant. Options were limited and food didn’t taste that good or fresh.

I had booked a room with marina view and did not get that room. We were put in a room that seemed like a service room at one point. Deck had air conditioner units for other rooms and netting over balcony so couldn't enjoy any views. Facing main street so was loud. When I mentioned it, the front desk told me they didn't have my booking of marina view despite my email confirmation showing that is what I booked and paid for.
