Clean

Room was clean and had all the amenities. Had a portable a/c unit that was noisy. Queen mattress was ok, but have sleep in better. Location is great, right on the lake.

Sandy beach is a hidden gem with its cul de sac styled lake front design, newly renovated rooms, friendly staff, clean rooms, and free amenities like outdoor bbqs, kayaks, pickleball courts, volleyball court, playground, and more. My wife and I cant wait to make Sandy beach part of our new annual tradition for summer breaks in Osoyoos. Thanks again to Amanda and all the staff!

The beach is the right at your footsteps. Ice sand. Rooms was new everything. Appliances, cupboards, flooor, everything. The onky one this they need is sun blinds for the side we were on. The sun was there until sunset so yiu couldn't site on the deck until the sun was down. But we will be back for sure.

The private beach with water toys and green space is perfect for families with young kids. Everyone was very friendly and the property is a walkable distance from everything including downtown Osoyoos. I’ll be back for sure!

Very recently renovated. Has all you need with a new, full sized fridge and stove, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, a comfortable bed and a new bathroom. Everyone in the front, five buildings has a lake view. The property is beachfront. The staff is very polite, professional and helpful. May checked us in quickly and pleasantly. Ms. Martens, the Manager, ensured we had everything we needed at the property. For instance, we needed oven mitts and extra hangers and she ensured we got them shortly. Great experience.

Great spot , close to beach, nice to walk to parks etc. nice clean room Lovely staff Would go again. not too private on your patio if you are looking for total privacy. Maybe some planters or a divider between the patios would be nice.
