The really good: Great place to stay with the kids. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, plus getting served cocktails and snacks on the side of the pool. There were barbecues and a full kitchen available for those who would want to stay longer and save on food for the family. Only has 4 stars because there were a few flies in our room when we checked in at 6 pm and one of the TVs didn't work. But the staff was helpful and friendly I feel sure that if we had been there for longer than a night they could have gotten these issues fixed. If these issues had been sorted beforehand would give it 5 stars.

Wonderful late August stay

We stayed in the spacious Chardonnay studio with a lovely south lake view. The kitchen was well equipped and comfortable bed. We will return I was not impressed with the wasteful approach to the small bottled bath products or the coffee package which is throwing out plastic each time. A hotel in 2025 in BC should be doing better.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Feels very clean and well maintained. Feels safe and we love the pool/beach area. The location is a bit further from town but we still love it and bike ride there. We would love if floaty toys were allowed in the pool though to make the kids experience better. We also love that we can order food/drinks around the pool.

Great resort.

Great resort with great amenities. Private beach and restaurant on site was amazing. Unfortunately, the pool temperature was not regulated and was way toowarm to use during the hot summer day. So unable to use except early morning or late evening.
