I was not able to travel due to medical reasons therefore cannot rate hotel

Upscale property, nice rooms but could use al little more attention to detail with the cleaning. Friendly staff to English speaking customers. Property was in walking distance to the arts and science district and a large shopping center but was farther away from the old town. They left a note and some chocolates for my girlfriends birthday without us telling them about the occasion which was much appreciated and made the stay memorable

Perfect location for exploring the historic center. The rooms are comfortable, good size and offer plenty of comfort with a small fridge and fresh water provided daily. We had an A/C issue which was resolved expeditiously and compensated with a free breakfast. We would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Good location, clean and modern

A mixed bag. Dirty pool with algae and broken lights. Front staff was super friendly when checking in. offered us free passes to a rooftop bar near by. However they ran out of pool towels and we had to ask multiple times to get new ones after they took ours from the first day and didn't replace them when cleaning the room. The location is great, near the central market. We live in Valencia and do staycations, so we have a lot of experience in this city and would choose other options.

Lovely air condioned property on a very hot day. Lady behind the reception desk was very helpful and provided a map and at breakfast the lady from Bulgaria was so nice and there were some lovely food options. Highly recommend and in the center of the historic district.
