Staff is super friendly. Loved the girl at the bar -Wendy and the other girl at front desk-Julia. Excellent service. Everything was perfect and smooth. Cleaning staff was 5/5 I’m a female solo traveller stayed over 5 nights. Overall experience was fantastic.

To be avoided!!! Small rooms. Moldy. Strong chemical smell. Very noisy even after midnight. Only one personal being barman, receptionist and anything else. Property owner doesn’t respond on my emails

This was a very last minute booking due to train cancellation. It is only 10 min walk from Alessandria station which is convenient. The staff upon check in were a bit rude however considering the trek we had been through with the trains. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked well ...
