Ok Stay

Hotel was OK overall. The service was good and the hotel was clean. They hike rates way up when events happen at Miami U. The hot water ran out on showers after a short shower...Ive never had that happen in a hotel!

Visiting our college son. Safe, 1 mile from campus. Not a Ritz, but hotel is fine. Breakfast, coffee, hot shower. Close to campus. Would stay again.

The rooms at property are fairly dated , some are updated and others not. It seems the hotel is under active renovations so just missing basic amenities of gym, etc. the staff and management were tremendous though and very accommodating to anything needed. Once re ovations are done this will be a solid property.

Management is super friendly, kind and helpful. They are making upgrades and the hotel is under renovations. I have no complaintsl. My daughter attends Miami University and we have stayed here now 3 different times since the new owners and our stay has been fine.

The property is in the midst of a refurbishing. Everything that has been finished is crisp and clean. The pool area was not accessible but looked very nice. The breakfast was substantial with bacon, eggs, tots, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc.The front desk was polite and the check-in and -out was easy. I would definitely recommend.

The rooms were very clean. Not like what other reviews had said which had us concerned. The hotel is under renovation but appears to be moving along. We had a renovated room. Pretty much everything was updated and the beds were very comfortable.

Currently, they are remodeling so alot of stuff going on. Make sure you get to the breakfast early as several items had run out. Otherwise was fine.
