The hotel is very "tired" looking. Dark, depressing and dated. Hotel staff was very nice and professional. Bathroom sink faucet was leaking water all over the top of the vanity, so that caused a few problems. I did notify the hotel and hopefully it will be rectified for the next guest.

Butler Inn
Do not trust the high rating on Expedia. Very misleading. This is what you’d expect in a cheap motel. The rooms have no sound-proofing. Very musty smelling. Black gunk in the showers. Paint peeling off the walls. The water wasn’t even lukewarm in the shower, and the pressure was inexistent.

Parking was easy and rooms were clean but the property is in disrepair. The bathroom has chipped tiles and overall very old looking. It is also very loud. You can hear neighbors easily and traffic. Plus I was to pay when I got to the property and they charged in it advance the day of my arrival. ...
