Beware—sleep in your car before staying here!!!

We walked out after less than one hour. This was the most disgusting motel/hotel I have ever been in. The place is run down and filthy. In the room both TVs were broken with one having the screen completely cracked all over. You could not have cleaned the room and not seen this. Bathroom sink had dirt in it and the refrigerator had brown stuff in it. The carpet was beyond dirty. The elevator had a loud ear piercing sound which could be heard in the room down the hall. Others were switching rooms due to how dirty their room was. When I spoke to the staff he became defensive and told me my complaints were out of his hands and there was no manager to speak to. If I could give negative stars it would be -100. Stay in your car or under a bridge before staying here. We also felt very unsafe-lots of sketchy people coming in and out.

Hotel was clean overall. Immediately walking in there was a very strong odor from air or carpet deodorizers, i assume. It made it difficult to take a good breath, (I have asthma). No towels in the pool room, had to wait for someone at the desk and get some. Breakfast was okay but ran out on some items, had to go to the desk. Needs to have a few more trashbags in the room for guest staying more than one night.

This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I believe they should shut down for repairs and maintenance work before accepting more guests… they were out of most things. The breakfast sausage and eggs were undercooked.. all the juice was just murky water. Coffee was out of order. Most importantly our ac wasn’t working and it was very hot… the shower only had cold water. The pool was very filthy with trash all over. When I talked to staff I got brushed off and told everyone is having problems…

I stayed for 6 nights. I did not care for having to call a number in order to get help at the reception desk. I hung a request form on the outside of my door for trash pickup on day 3, and I also had a light out over the sink. The form was ignored. I placed the request form on the reception desk the next day and it was ignored. I had to empty my own trash in a bin outside the hotel. The vending machine was out of order. The decaf coffee machine out of order in the lobby. No housekeeping visit for over 5 days. On the positive side, the A/C was robust, the hallways smelled very nice, and the hotel was quiet. Overall, I will not stay at this hotel again.

It’s DAMP and painted over mold

We stayed one night - checked in front desk girl was efficient and nice. She’s the ONLY one employee that we saw. Our room was on the first floor and it felt like everything had a slight mist on it the air was SO damp. We found mold and what looked to be painted over mold on our bathroom ceiling and hallway ceiling.

Comfort Inn needs a zero no star rating when I arrived to check in there was no room available for me and per the requested special instructions I added to my booking the staff man and woman (manager) was very rude unprofessional about it had no customer service skills and no remorse for booking a room the night before someone else is going to arrive to check in the room but thought they were going to get my money anyway oh no way plus I had to go somewhere else Drury Inn to get a room they need to learn how to check the bookings and communicate with the customer to make sure accommodations are made and answer the phone when it rings I called over 30 minutes and no one answered but when I called in person it just rung and they were ignoring it

Garbage from rooms was outside several rooms on the second floor the afternoon we checked in. Sort of piled. It was still there the next morning. Not very appealing looking. Breakfast was just ok. Some things like the eggs and pancake mix were empty. Ice machine was not working. I think the place needs a little TLC or maybe someone didn’t show up for work.

We stayed at this property while visiting family in the area. We will not be staying here in the future. Our room stunk, the bathroom had mold, there were little black crickets in the bathroom and room. I woke up with bed bug bites. I notified front desk & they could not move me, or give refund so i could go somewhere else. She knew about the crickets and said exterminator was coming Monday.
