Staff was super friendly but I was unhappy that when they gave me my room key, they announced my room number in the lobby when other people were around. Therefore announcing the location I would be for the rest of the night. Just a safety/ security issue for me as a female traveler. Other than that ...

So clean everywhere! Room was very nice, spotless, well stocked and very spacious. I use a wheelchair and I was able to easily move around the property. So pleased that we’re already planning our next trip!

The hotel is in good shape as a new building. The breakfast was incredible for a hotel breakfast. One note: City view is not a perk as it's not of a skyline, kinda drab. But, Overall a great experience.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Paducah West by IHG
Standard breakfast. Fridge was out of ordwr so had to find a staff member to get milk products for us. Bathroom in room had visible dust bunnys. Beds were comfortable . Hotel lobby was clean. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Would stay there again
