I’m a long time Bonvoy/Marriott member and this is probably worst property of theirs I’ve stayed at. Upon arrival they didn’t have my room type available because they had housekeeping issues. We were out in a handicap room, which was fine. If I was handicap I wouldn’t have been able to turn on the shower. The handle was broken, basically needed a screw driver to turn the handle. There was black mold in the grout. Corners of the bathroom had hair in it. Just a disappointment of representation of a Bonvoy property.

The location was off the highway, close to shops, and eating areas. The staff were friendly. The furniture open enter seemed worn. Otherwise the stay for one night was good.

I stayed two different weeks. First stay was clean and good. Second stay didn’t look like it had been vacuumed very well, coverlet had holes in it and the 4 pillows were awful, flat and most likely very old.

Nice staff but not clean room.

We got in late after road tripping the next day. During check-in somebody came in and asked if they had any available rooms. They were full. Which is why i knew it would do no good to ask the front dest to swith rooms. Just dirty everywhere and because of it just uncomfortable and gross. Some sort of cardboard shim holding furniture together.
