No hot water. Told the manager when we checked out, and he said "yes, that room has had that problem in the past also" but never offered to refund any portion of our payment. :( NO blockout shade on window. Extremely bright in room at 7AM!!!

Wingfield Inn
Did not eat the breakfast so not rating. Hotel is aging and conditions reflect that. Outside room entrance so was able to park in front of door. Biggest concern was rat traps all around exterior of hotel.
