Terrible. I requested and paid for a non smoking room. What I was given was a room with so much smoke odor that we weren’t able to sleep. I called right after check in and complained about the overwhelming smoke odor and was told “sorry about that” but no offer to switch rooms. We left our suitcases and bags in the back of our truck for the reminder of our trip because the smoke odor they absorbed was overwhelming. Poor customer care and service. Non smoking room should mean just that.

Could be nice if attention were given to details.

Entering the room, the beds had been partially made (clean sheets but blankets were missing). The air conditioner was loud and made a strange intermittent scratching noise. There was dried up pizza on the floor under the chair and some old socks were found there too. The toilet seat was very loose. Finally, the door to the outside was very difficult to open from the inside.

The property is old. There was an odd odor in the room. You could hear road noise, hall noise easily through walls. Yet the location off of the highway was great.

It was one night only just to sleep a bit during a roadtrip. The room smelled like humidity and cigarettes. The sheets and towels were stained and the room was extremely noisy. The dog next door barked all night and the AC sounded like a tractor. I checked in too late and too tired otherwise i would have requested a room change.

Has potential just need to work on bathrooms

Easy access from interstate. Beds were comfy but had a big tear in the bedspread. The room area was updated and nice but the bathroom is awful and needs updated and cleaned better. Stains on wall, tile cracked and gross. On top of being really dated and poor maintenance it was not cleaned well. A/C worked great in room. It was a good price and comfortable the bathroom just was gross.

First room smelled terrible. Also the AC wouldnt work. Room was musty. There was no ice with all being out of service. The refrigerator was not keeping anything cold.i bought 3 bags from gas station across the street. Do not stay here.

Do not stay here if you want more than 1 star stay

#1. Went to check in and was informed my reservation wouldn’t be honored because they were no longer honoring Choice hotels, or Hotels.com reservations. #2. After several minutes of a conversation of neither of us fully understanding each other due to language differences, he said he would give me the room for what I booked it through Hotels.com. #3. Had to manually fill out charges to credit card because their system was not capable of electronic transfer of data. #3. Key card didn’t work on back door, which was closest to my room. Had to call front desk and wait while someone brought me a new key card. #4. Was there 2 nights and room was never refreshed with clean towels, trash not removed, and dead bug not swept up from bathroom. #5. Huge black mold issue in shower.

I didn't like that the shower/tub and toilet weren't cleaned during our four night stay, there were no tissues in the holder on the wall, and there was a noisy dog next door. Even though it was inexpensive, I expected a bit more.

The first room they put us in the television did not work so they moved us to another room. That room that bed sheets smelled like smoke and when we went to put our Waters in the refrigerator there was a half eaten old burrito in there. There was noise up and down the hall all night. When I checked out I told the man at the desk and he just said thank you for letting us know but did not offer any type of compensation.
