We liked that there was a place to play games in the lobby area, the gym is nice and our grandkids enjoyed the pool. The hallways were not vacuumed the whole time we were there and the elevators could use some cleaning too! The bathroom floor in the was filthy and the shelves they place the towels on are as well. Good thing I brought disinfectant wipes… The bedding had hair and eyelashes in it. I really believe they didn’t even change the sheets! The carpet wasn’t vacuumed, I found items all over. I hope they hire staff that know how to clean before they ruin their business!

I asked for a drain plug for the tub so i could take a bath. It was missing. I asked 3 times. Two males and one female. They would find one and bring it to me. Nothing. I went to the front desk to request it once again. She was rude. She suggested that I stuff a washcloth in the drain. But she had texted someone. I waited. She looked at her cellphone and stated that there weren't any in the entire hotel. They provide a tub, but no way to take a bath. The shower curtain was filthy. Not a good stay.
