Delayed breakfast slowed down our travel plans.
Breakfast was served an hour later than specified as the person responsible didn’t show up for work. There were no coffee cups available in the lobby. Bad way to start a morning of travel. We’ve stayed here several times before as we travel to see family in Illinois. Breakfast is always prompt and delicious.

Just go somewhere else
The hotel passes the eye test, but that is it. The room was not clean, the service was poor, the water was not hot (barely warm), the water pressure was also crap and the shower head could not be adjusted. On top of that, there was a booger on the bed's dust cover and hair pretty much all over the bathroom. There was a lack of employee presence at the breakfast as well, it was decent, but also messy and required attention.

The desk clerk was cold, abrupt and appeared annoyed. He did not talk to us for the first 10 minutes, just continued to use the computer. The room had an infestation of lady bugs. Due to the reception from the desk clerk we did not report the bug issue. This is a new hotel with no upkeep, sad.

A wonderful place to stay!
We stayed at Comfort Suites in Paducah on the way to Missouri, and it was so clean and comfortable that we decided to stay again on our way back to South Carolina. The room was very clean, staff were friendly, and it was a very quiet room. Also, there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.

I’ve stayed at this hotel on several occasions and this was by far the worst. The day shift clerk who wore the hoodie and stock cap needs to be a grounds keeper rather that a desk clerk. His mannerisms as far in helping the guest is non with a I don’t care attitude like he’s there on a prison reform. The second shift clerk was very polite and seems to have a positive attitude in helping and providing a positive outcome. He kept the coffee are clean and replenished something that the first shift clerk didn’t do. The breakfast was as terrible with minimal selection, you can the the short Caucasian lady wasn’t there anymore. WE HAD TO WAIT until after 12:PM to get FRESH tiles. I was amazed on how the service had changed in let’s than nine months. I would say to the new management HOLD your people accountable or the the other surrounding hotel will attract your business.

First stay on Thursday, Hotel was very clean. Room/bed comfortable. However, took shower a long time to heat up. Second stay on the following Monday, shower better, but front desk customer service very poor. Couldn’t or wouldn’t print me a receipt. Kept complaining about breakfast person was a no show.

Beautiful property, wonderful stay… grumpy and overwhelmed staff…. I believe the manager is just over loaded due to staffingvshortages or restrictions. I waited one hour prior to checking in at 3PM with nobody speaking to me, not wanting to speak to me… I had forgotten me time change after driving 14, hours... The hotel breakfast cook did not show so breakfast was a scramble and huffy.. But it was provided. This is a great property but needs help with staffing and customer service
