Everything BUT the room was great. I rested for 3 hours before deciding it wasn’t worth the risk from how itchy I was in the bed. Definitely not clean.

The hotel is very outdated. Rooms and furniture looked moldy and very scuffed up. Front desk staff was wonderful but they really need to do something with the rooms. Unpleasant smells, extremely old TV, and just not clean like it should be. The free shampoo and lotion was left from previous guest for the next guest to use. Not my cup of tea but to each their own. We made due since it was just for the night but won't stay there again.

Stains on the room carpet and bed sides, the shower had trim moulding above the shower that was upside down, crooked, and because they didnt have a piece long enough, they used two pieces that didn't match up, etc.

A comfortable place to stop
In our way home from a 2 week vacation and found ourselves in Paducah. So glad this hotel was available as it was perfect. Roomy, comfortable beds and clean. Highly recommend a stay here. A free hot breakfast with very good coffee was the cherry on top!

The front desk employee was horrible from the minute we walked in. Right away told me I had no reservation and would not here me out when I was trying to explain and show my confirmation. Hotels.com had to call and ask for a manager. Eventually the manager explained to the employee where to find our reservation after I was already in tears. The sheets had blood stains on them and the carpet needs replaced

Bad hotel
The room was almost moist as the air was so muggy. Air was turned on to 69 and freezing. There was mold around the bathtub faucet with white caulk over it. The grounds outside were bad too, dog poop on the sidewalk that’s been there forever, trash on the ground all over. Overall felt dirty just being there. The people working were kind, and breakfast was okay. I wouldn’t go back.

I was disappointed with the online check in. I was happy about the initial price quoted but after reading “Important Information “ re a $250 charge for cleaning, I tried to phone the hotel for clarification. This charge did not apply in our case. I then went back online to finish the booking and the rate went up. I was told the extra fee only applied if I lived locally. This should have been explained along with the “Important Information “. Other than that our stay was satisfactory for the one night we needed while traveling back home from vacation.

Musty smell
Musty smelling room and water smelled swampy from tap and shower. Showerhead was ridiculously low! Bed and pillows were comfortable though and that's what we were there for.
