Stayed here for 4 nights- two couples in two kitchenette suites. Location is great- close to a lot of shopping and trains. Staff were friendly. Pool was nice. Plumbing was unacceptable- kitchenette faucet barely worked and bath faucet was not useful for much other than brushing teeth. Shower was ok but old step-in tub style. The A/C did not work well when we arrived, however they did get that working on day 2. We would probably not stay there again unless it was all we could afford.

There were insects in the room. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was dirty

Fantastic little boutique with all the luxury and convenience of a larger hotel but much more style :) also the restaurant was surprisingly some of the best drinks and food of our trip!

Spacious and comfortable - home away from home

It was OK, for the price, convenient location, I bet this place was the quite the hotel in the 70's. The room was huge but very basic. AC works, hot water was insanely hot, huge shower and bed. Door man was pleasant and reception staff were pleasant. There is an umbrella in the room for use, which was great as it was monsoon season. Breakfast is not so much a buffet, its very basic, and then they take an a la cart order for the cooked stuff. I totally understand, it's low season, and it makes absolute economic sense to cook only whats needed. I didn't leave enough time to relax and have a leisurely breakfast, which left me with a very tight selection of mediocre pastries and fruit, and a pretty average automatic coffee machine espresso. Fortunately, location location location. There are so many good eateries in the road out front, and you are 5 minutes walk from Junction 21 with a fabulous food court. I would say skip paying for breakfast buffet, it's not worth it, go for a walk.

This is a great location and good price. My review only refers to the 7th floor, I think the largest room and two bathrooms. It is very hot up there and AC could not really keep up but was bearable, also the two showers really never could get hot water so we settles for lukewarm showers. Kitchen has no functional stove or oven but no bigger since we don't come here to cook. The place does have a lot of space and that is nice and for the price I am not that upset about the lack of creature comforts. Elevator only goes to 6th floor then you do have to walk. The staff here is great.
