Beautiful hotel. Responsive staff , just a tad bit far from everything for a first timer. However, the area is quiet and calm if you want a relaxing, laid back vacation

Really liked the condition of the hotel, been open a few years and all was looking good, the staff were really helpful and friendly. Had a family do with several rooms, a nice selection of restaurants within a 3-15 min walk from hotel. Pool really nice size and not too busy.

This hotel was superb, clean modern and rooms where very nice, beds comfy, showers good. Food was amazing and the breakfast was superb, even catered for the english. 3 min walk from mbk if that, 20min tuk tuk most other places very well places

Hotel staffs are very kind and well trained for clients. Before selecting a hotel, I asked ChatGPT to recommend. Open AI recommended One Patio as the best hotel in Pattaya. It is right. Thank you to One Patio !

Family friendly, clean room, shop nearby good staff.

Amazing property and the location is perfect. Although, every time I leave the room, the AC turns off, so it would be warm whenever I come back and the TV no connection at times. Overall the property is still great. I would stay again.

Loved everything about this hotel. Great service, good location with the best thai restaurant right across the street (Nalin's Kitchen) which is a MUST VISIT! The attached shopping complex was super convenient. Only thing was water pressure was very weak so it took forever to fill the bath tub but outside that, it was Great! Highly Recommend and would stay again.
