Good premises, comprehensive breakfast, fantastic staff always happy to help. Rooms are a bit dated.

Very comfortable and quiet room even though it was overlooking the pool area. Enormous comfortable bed. Air conditioning was good and easy to control. Bathroom was excellent with walk in shower. Very good hot and cold buffet breakfast.

We had the room with 2 bedrooms and it was perfect for our family. We could make our own breakfast and prepare food for the day in the kitchen. Beds comfy and they catered to our toddler with a cot and we could borrow a high chair. Towels available and drinks. Great location. We really enjoyed our stay!

It's a fantastic place! A great pool bar and pool-side bar that serves good food. Dinner buffet is fine but not great. The food service hours are a bit restrictive. A quick walk into a city with lots of shopping and restaurants, and a very nice beach. Lots of children and activities for all ages. Extremely friendly to non-Spanish speakers. It seems like all public-facing staff are fluent in English and German, as well as Spanish.

Staff at front desk amazing: helpful and professional: checked out early BC of the noise from Bier Konig (almost 24/7 party right accross the street) on the third night returning residents were so rowdy and anti social we had to leave: if you are going to Mega Park (party zone) or Bier Konig : it’s a great place to stay : otherwise don’t bother
