Jessica was great; she checked us in and the room we had booked was overbooked. She was able to get us changed to that type of room within 7 hours. Kevin the GM is friendly and makes sure you’re comfortable and having a nice stay. Meghan works incredibly hard to keep the breakfast stocked. The hotel was at full capacity from Hurricane Milton evacuees and she was very quick to refill anything in the kitchen that needed it. Housekeeping was very nice when we needed to exchange towels or more TP. The gym and pool were clean and accessible. Overall a great experience and nice place to stay.

Very Conveniently located. If you are skeptical, about Best Western like I was it wasn’t bad at all. Rooms were clean, didn’t hear any noise or have and broken amenities. It is quite a drive to the beach (25 minutes) but if you’re trying to save money and don’t mind that commute this place will definitely do.

Stayed here a few times while visiting here. Great staff! Only thing was my one room didn’t have a phone and my cell was out. Also, the AC was difficult to figure out. Thanks for a nice visit and good breakfasts!

Felt safe property and rooms were very nice. Did have a leak in the bathroom floor flooded when you showered. Breakfast was ok. Had a lot of workers come in to eat that were not staying in the hotel. They tipped the worker in there to eat. But other than that it served our purpose.

For the cost of the room, we expected better. Our room was dirty. I don’t think the floors have been mopped since they opened. Our sheets had hair on them and the ac would not stay on. The voucher program for homeless people is still active in this place and there was one of them in the stairwell getting ready to do drugs. The cleaning staff holds the door open for hours so no one can use it while they clean rooms. We left after our first night.
