Just what we wanted for our short family getaway. A secluded property on a private beach with many swimming pools. The staff were delightful. And the hotel had many dining options to suit the different tastes of my family members. We rented a vehicle at the airport and enjoyed being able to come and go anytime with free parking at the property. Any minor issues we had were resolved very quickly, except one: never was able to connect to hotel wifi from our room.

Beautiful property close to 5th Ave and all transportation. Everyone was very attentive from front desk, concierge and staff. Breakfast Buffet was exceptional, everything was so delicious. The buffet view was breathtaking. I really can’t say one thing bad about the place. 10 stars all around.

Never made it to the property. Had daily business in the City, and even though the resort is relatively close to the city the traffic to go and back and forth made it near impossible for me to stay there and be able to conduct business on a daily basis. The resort refused to help me out. I paid for a four night stay in advance. Didn’t even care to issue a partial credit or anything.

My stay at the Westin was horrible I felt like I was treated differently from others I was forced to pay 150 because my friend came by for 15 min just for us to get dress and go to a party mind you this is not a all inclusive hotel I have a king size beachfront view which I paid extra for for them to tell me I can’t have a visitor come up for 10 min to pre game and go to a party.i was originally trying to cancel my stay before then event happened they watch me talk on the phone with Expedia went through everything Expedia was ready to do the cancellation for the hotel to tell me oh they are sorry only a manager could do it so I said yall only have 1 manger she said yes he come in at 9am this was around 6pm it took me 2 and a half day to actually speak with the 1 manger they claim they have by that time didn’t make sense to cancel anymore so I brought it to his attention about how it took for me to actually see him I’m on vacation I have excisions booked and stuff I can’t sit around and wait for 1 manger 1 manger at big hotel like that did not make sense and I knew it was a lie they just didn’t want me to leave .come to find the manger I been waiting for is the same one that checked me in which I originally told him my friends is Panamá city I’m the only one on this side of they town my friends with probably be come by but no sleep over because they got there own hotel in Panama city.when I told him what happened and how I’m being treated he ask me to talk privately so we

The beach is not a swimming beach at all, a lot of rocks. They need to explain better the all inclusive packages online, I thought I bought an all inclusive package online and I didn’t. I bought the package at the hotel. The hotel is in deteriorating, they need to take care of the facility.
