The worst part was the dirty and disgustingly stained mattresses we had to sleep on!

I used to stay in Crimson (now Quest Plus) many times before, its staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are in good condition and comfortable. Now prices have increased substantially, it’s breakfast is of high price (Ps900/pax) comparing with limited choices, better take breakfast either downstairs or nearby restaurants.

The staff here are the most beautiful people in the world…always smiling, always warm and kindly.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom, who recently stayed at the hotel. Overall, she had a very pleasant experience, but what stood out most was the exceptional service and genuine care from the staff. A special thank you to Madeline, who was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and helpful. My mom experienced some issues with her accommodations, and Madeline personally took the time to listen, understand her concerns, and make sure everything was resolved. She went above and beyond, and her compassion and genuine concern made such a difference in my mom’s stay. Madeline is truly an asset to the hotel and deserves special recognition. I’d also like to recognize Karen, the restaurant supervisor, who was extremely friendly, attentive, and thoughtful toward my mom. She made sure my mom was comfortable and well taken care of, and her warm personality made dining there an even more enjoyable experience. A special mention also goes to the young lady from housekeeping who regularly took care of my mom. I unfortunately don’t know her name, but she was always friendly, kind, and ready to help. She would even personally check in and ask if my mom needed anything. That extra thoughtfulness made my mom feel genuinely cared for. The doorman was also very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that the air-conditioning units are quite old and could benefit from an upgrade. Aside from that, my mom had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider returning.

What I don’t like about this hotel is they cater to wedding parties and business meetings and don’t care about the other guest to staying here. They allow wedding parties to have way too many people in one room and party and seeing karaoke all night, long till after 3 AM, even after I complained many times they did nothing about it or even cared Do not stay here if you want to sleep Also, the lobby and most common areas are full of people from wedding parties and business meetings.
