Restaurant was closed. Minimal breakfast. Surrounding area under construction. Room was small, but otherwise ok. Staff were very helpful

Check in was. About weird. Done at the end but strange with no actual reception. Rooms good. Location was a bit sketchy but not horrible. Last day on check out no hot water for the shower :(. 3 towels for 2 adults for 3 nights. Not great.

Bien situé, excellent service de la part de l'équipe des lofts, mais malheureusement à notre arriver ce n'était pas propre. Mais après courriels et téléphone nous avons été déplacer au loft Dorchester qui est beaucoup mieux. Merci à Mila qui nous à aidés. Et aussi les photos presenter sur le site de hotel.com sont très trompeuses pour ne pas dire inexactes.

Très bel hôtel dans un milieu historique.

Staff at this Holiday inn was very friendly and welcoming to our dog. We only stayed one night but this location will be on our list to stop again. Breakfast in the morning was very delicious and a great end to our stay. @thecanadiandoodlehally

Check in and checkout is difficult but staff works hard to manage
