I could not use my phone in my room no signal

위생 청결하고 직원들도 친절하고 좋았습니다. 감사합니다

This is our second time to stay and we brought along our in-laws and grand children. The room rates matches the value for money from the room to the F&B services and the amenities including the facilities of the hotel. We will definitely be back and looking for more stay at the Luxent Hotel.

Overall well maintained and clean property and friendly staff

It’s clean but the bathroom is old and needs renovation which is going to be expensive But the best is they have the best employees Very accommodating polite the best Listen to my concerns and take actions to make you feel comfortable Mati was superb and the other female employee who helped me when I have questions about Capitolyo unfortunately i didn’t get her name All of your employees needs to be recognized. Thank you for the excellent service. The best I wish I’ve got their names From the time i checked in and out I10/10-1016. I was overwhelmed by their kindness Kudos to all And thank you for making my stay a relaxing one
