Hotel Kantu is located very close to many shopping, cafe and restaurants.......all within walking distance. This is an excellent location 7Km from the Cusco airport. The hotel itself, is a super clean, well established, well maintained and cared for by excellent staff, and yes they also can help you in the English language. The rooms were neat and tidy with excellent bedding, spacious washrooms, ours even had a hot tub. Food: The hotel featured & included an excellent spread for breakfast with enough tables and chairs to relax and enjoy. Also, coffee & hot water available around the clock at no cost. Within 10mins walking distance was the excellent 'MORAY' restaurant, and within about 20mins walking was the 'MAP Cafe' inside the PRE-COLOMBIAN MUSEUM of ART. In between, you'll find many cafes and restaurants. If we are fortunate enough to travel to Cusco again, then this is where we'd stay.....again:) Thank you to all at Hotel Kantu for making us feel at home. Aubrey & Sarangi (Milton, ON Canada)

Very clean room and comfortable bed, with warm blankets and extra comfy pillows. The staffs are friendly and helpful

Hotel Cusco La Paccha, was truly one of the best hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. It was absolutely worth every penny, and our experience here is one of the reasons we already plan to return next year. The staff was top notch, kind, professional, attentive, and extremely helpful. What impressed me the most was how they helped us when my dad unexpectedly needed medical attention. The hotel staff was able to arrange for a doctor to come directly to the hotel to evaluate him. He needed oxygen and medication, and they helped coordinate everything for us. Of course, the medical services were an additional cost, but we found the cost incredibly affordable, especially considering the level of care and convenience provided. As a family traveling away from home, having that kind of support meant so much to us. They also offer luggage storage, which was extremely helpful while we traveled to other towns before returning to Cusco. The hotel was very clean, the location was excellent, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. For my family and me, our experience was simply amazing. I highly recommend Hotel Cusco La Paccha, and we will definitely be returning next year. Thank you to the entire staff for your kindness, hospitality, and for helping make our trip to Cusco so memorable. ❤️

The stay was pretty average overall. I had booked a king room, but was given a room with two double beds instead. The bathroom also had noticeable mold in the shower, which was disappointing. The hotel itself was fine, but considering the room type I booked and the condition of the bathroom, I expected a little more. Nothing was particularly bad beyond that, but overall it was just an average stay.

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The floor however hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Check in was a bit slow but check out was quick and the bellhop was very helpful getting our luggage out to the car. Complimentary breakfast was good and the lobby always had hot tea and coffee available.
