Understaffed housekeeping. After 5 days never saw cleaning staff in our room. Not their fault but had to get our own towels and supplies. Sheets were never changed. Continental breakfast ran out of milk and yogurt due to delivery problem

Staff at front desk were very nice. The room smelled like humidity. The closet door was punched in. We had a wall in front of our window with no natural light coming in. We put our sign to have our room clean and nobody came to clean it. The grounds are beautifully maintained. This room definitely should be fully renovated. Breakast was good. This is not the first time we get a terrible room with expedia booking.

Affordable and very pleasant
Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spotless and comfortable. I miss having a bathtub, but the shower was OK. The included breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at a hotel a server. There was on top of everything and made sure to provide a clean And organized Experience with a very friendly and helpful attitude. Nice common areas with tables and play area for kids Outside and pools. All at a very affordable price.

The property was good and met our expectations....we would stay there again if in the area. My only criticism is that we had 6-8 men having a bit of a party outside our room one night and the mgmt wouldn't shut them down until 11:00pm .......a little too late for a family oriented hotel in my opinion.

We’ve stayed here many times. This was the worst room we’ve stayed in at this hotel. Stairs shake when you walk up them and the whole room shakes when someone goes down the balcony. Terrible!

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was really good. Had scrambled eggs, waffles, plenty of fruit, pastries, and yogurt. One thing to be improved is communication with guests for major events that might impact access to the hotel. The Ironman race was going on while we were there (we were participating in it so we were aware). What we didn't know is that because the race went right by the hotel, we wouldn't be able to drive our car to the hotel all day. Up to midnight. It would have been nice if a notice was placed maybe in the breakfast area the day before or we were told when we checked in, so we would be aware that we couldn't bring the car back to the hotel all day. It worked out for us that I was able to park at another location and walk back, but if I had mobility issues or some other issue, it would have been a huge inconvenience. But otherwise, the property is very nice and a good deal.
