This hotel is extremely well appointed and convenient to the area. We were impressed buy the amenities available outside where there’s a large pool, numerous lounge chairs, picnic tables and multiple BBQ’s that would make this an excellent venue for a family reunion. The manager is extremely professional and friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Estelle is a lovely hard working lady who is so accommodating. She takes great pride in her business and it certainly shows. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely stay again.

As soon as we pulled into the (ample) parking lot, we were charmed by the 1960's retro vibe of Empire Motel. The building exterior and grounds are very well kept. Check in was a breeze and Estelle is a wonderful host. The room was updated and very clean. The beds were comfortable. Cable tv, ice in the refrigerator, shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the shower. Speaking of the shower, there is plenty of water pressure. There was plenty of storage, if you wanted to unpack and settle in. We were only in Penticton for one night, but we'll definitely be back and could happily spend a week or more at Empire Motel.

Amazing Stay.

Fabulous stay. Empire is an older motel, like so many in Penticton—but if you are looking for the iconic 1960’s motel vibe that is spotlessly clean and family run this is the place for you. There is a large pool, numerous BBQs and plenty of outdoor seating. It is walking distance to Skaha beach, which is the better of the 2 lakes for families with small children. Highly recommend.

You cant beat the Empire motel, incredible value for money.We stayed with some friends and had a great time. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the pool and courtyard area is very nice with lots of seating . The location close to the lake makes it ideal and Estelle is very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to stay there again.

Great Place to stay and Great Price.

We had an amazing stay at the Empire Motel at a great price. The rooms were updated and clean, the owner/manager was very friendly and helpful during our stay. It also has a nice outdoor pool area and bbq area. I believe the outdoor pool opens in May.
