We arrived early and were able to check-in, the staff were gracious and very helpful. We also were able to checkout later. We were charged $50.00 for early check-in and $50.00 for late checkout and we appreciated this option very much and made our trip that more enjoyable and worry free. We will be back!

Nice facilities but clear maintenan/safety issues

Awesome courtyard/pool area and friendly staff; however, the room and property are showing some signs that the hotel are not addressing- particularly with respect to safety. The patio stone associated to our room was very uneven with a sizeable gap and resulted in one of our children twisting/cutting their ankle. The playground had a rusty metal stake exposed which children were playing with and an insecure rope, and staff poured a pitcher of chorine in the pool while our kids were swimming and two of them have full body rashes now. It would be an exceptional facility if it addressed these issues which you wouldn’t expect at a higher end hotel associated with the price/nightly rate

We really like this hotel as it’s close to the arena and the pool is great. It’s attached to a great restaurant that is really good food. The bed is comfy but the cot is unbearable. The room service was very unsatisfactory to say the least. Came back to a room that had been apparently cleaned. But only the beds made and towels changed. The toilets weren’t cleaned. There was nothing else done. Shampoos in shower hasn’t been refilled for 3 days. For the cost is this hotel i expected a lot better.

Resort style vacation! Nice rooms, great restaurant on site, easy parking, with courtyard style spaces around a central pool. Note though that If you’re not a fan of small children and kids in general, this might not be the place for you lol, it’s very family-oriented which is great, but chaotic at times around the pool and hot tub areas.

was ok. you abandoned us when i said one of the kids might have head lice after i said we did the treatment but needed extra towels. i understand but you wouldn't change bedding or do anything after that so if there's a next time i won't say anything. it's probably better to be more proactive cleaning than just leaving us with no room services. Pool water was a bit gross but understandable. staff was efficient and quick to respond. restaurant was pretty good.
