We arrived to find the king room we prepaid was unavailable and were moved to a queen instead, with no offer of a rate adjustment or upgrade. The front desk clerk declined to address the discrepancy, which was disappointing since a fare adjustment is the minimum when a lower room category is provided. Otherwise, the room and property were clean.

The Motel is on the older side. The room was clean, quiet and well kept! It had a small kitchen that was well equipped and had a full size fridge that was convenient. There were lots of outdoor seating options just outside the back door and around the pool. I was there for just one night but it would be perfect for a longer stay. The price was right for this time of year!

I booked this motel because it seemed like a good deal, but it ended up being a waste of money. The property was extremely unclean, and the staff were unhelpful. When I tried to cancel just 10 minutes after booking, I was told by the motel that I could get a refund if I contacted Expedia. After spending over an hour with Expedia support, the motel changed their position and said the booking could be cancelled but with no refund. When I called back to clarify, staff hung up on me. I ultimately kept the reservation for my siblings, but when they arrived the room was so dirty that they didn’t want to stay either. This experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing. I would not recommend this property.

I liked the size of the room but utensils and dishes nothing matched good thing I bought my own stuff and the stove was old and didn't work properly.Zero sound proofing so really noisy. Patio around pool slab is lifting and I took a good fall. It has the bones and location if owners would spend the money and hire actual contractors. Truthfully if you want to party 24/7 it is fine, I didn't.

Beds are terrible. Very walkable area to the coyote cruises, and to lake Okanagan. There's an amazing breakfast place that has delicious smoothie bowls and only a 5 min walk. There's a restaurant next door too. Pool was nice. Nice big room. Couch was gross and old. Clean.

I didn't gwt to stay here because when i booked the site did not state that they were pet friendly or not and when i did some google search for reviews it turns out it was not which is twrrible cause our pets are like family and when i asked to be refunded because of this they wouldn't do it not even a partial refu d so to me that is like stealing. So no I do not recommend at all.

I LOVED this property for its location and pool. Overall great experience BUT the pans and utensils were very well loved and had metal / plastic bits coming off into my food when I cooked and the door handle was very hard to unlock. I was okay as I’m young and able bodied but anyone elderly would struggle greatly. Overall amazing hotel but just needs some minor low cost fixes to make it amazing!
