Nice location for our quick trip to Penticton. The A/C was extremely noisy and kept us awake, the walls are also very thin and you can hear your neighbours/upstairs so keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper!

We were very disappointed with our stay. When I phoned ahead of time to confirm our accessible room, there were none available. When we arrived we found the large three story building only had one elevator, at the back of the hotel. Our room ended up being the farthest from the elevator you could get. The elevator made terrible loud noises. The front desk said, yes, they were aware of it. We needed some bathroom maintenance. We called down in the morning, then went out. When we got back that night, no one had been to the room. We called again. Someone came up, handed us a plunger and left. Some evenings there was hot water, some there was not. The parking lot door was not accessible. I could not have got out, or in on my own. It was convenient to have the Denny’s right there. I found the mattress very comfortable.

The property is centrally located, easy walking distance to Okanagan beach, the event center, the river cruise and other activities. The rooms are clean and did not hear noise from other rooms which is an appreciated bonus. The pool was well used, although I just swam in the lake. Would definitely stay here again.

Keycard didn't work at back door from parking. My husband walked back to front and asked fix. Then got to our room and didn't work again. So room changing, Staff told us because we booked through expedia, we get only 2 double beds room( we booked king bed room) or cancel to stay. So l was proceeding cancellation with my app, front desk staff came in tried new key and finally worked. So we decided to stay.

Vomit on the walls.

Can’t believe I paid almost $400 for a night in this hotel, absolute robbery! There was blood above the bed and on the picture frame, between there beds it looked like vomit stuck tot he wall with food chucks stuck against the wall the two seats in the room must have been found down a back alley! Sick and bath had rust on it. You could small the carpet! It was a pet friendly room as I had a small dog but shouldn’t mean you don’t clean or update the room. I travel a lot to penticton and by far the worst hotel! Young guy at the front counter was nice is prob the only positive! I feel I should be refunded for staying in a room like this couldn’t wait to get out of there!

Save your money and go anywhere else. This is not as advertised. No cell signal inside, crappy unsecure hotel Wi-Fi, room was once a smoking room judging by the smell (when did they last replace carpet/drapes?) plus general housekeeping was a failure. Greasy, smelly bed pillows from the thousands of heads that used them before you, black mold above shower on ceiling, and they likely haven't cleaned behind end table for over a year - note ant trap. Nope nope nope
