Staff were great, but hotel is showing its age. Cleanliness was so so, found someone’s drivers license sitting on the window sill, tells me they don’t draw back the curtains to do a proper clean.

We had a great time here super kid friendly and the room was clean and very welcoming. Only minor thing is the beds are a bit too hard but not enough to put a 4 star rating, maybe some bed upgrades are due. Overall highly recommend. Even though our room was beside the pool it was super quiet and also really handy to just slide the door open for a quick walk to it.

I stayed two nights at the Sandman Hotel. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was very poor—unfriendly staff and the room had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. However, the front desk staff provided excellent and friendly service, which was the best part of my experience. Overall, while the customer service at the front office was positive, the condition of the room and housekeeping needs significant improvement.

Desperate need of renovations. Elevator buttons stuck/ broken. Carpets worn out. Cob webs all along walls in the bedroom. Bed was comfortable enough but the pillows were bulky and the filling had bunched up. Service/ staff very friendly.

I was in Room 120 I think. Overall, everything was great. Just two things....#1 the sink drained very slowly. They should look at that. #2, that room is right by an exit door and wow, there was lots of banging as people came in and out through that door. That was a bit annoying. Thankfully I did not hear much later at night, but certainly in the evening, i heard that door slam shut many many times. They should either leave the door open, or put some kind of buffer on the door to make it so when it closes it does not slam. Otherwise, all else was fine. I just wouldnt want that room again for that reason.

It was ok. Old, smelled in rooms. Not cleaned very well. I found hair in shower when we checked in. Tubs could use a bit of tlc. At least the robes were good quality.

We stayed here for a few days over the BC Day long weekend. It was crazy expensive because of that, but that was my only really complaint. Also because of this being a factor, it was super, super busy. Overall was a good stay and I’d stay again, just maybe not during a busy long weekend next time. Everything is pretty close by which is nice as well.
