Great overall service, the workers are always willing to help. The room was spacious and always maintained clean. They offer tour guides at the front desk area, they are willing to hold you luggage and let you use the pool meanwhile you wait to exit for your flight after checking out at noon. The only issues is the place is a little outdated and needs better maintenance.

This is one of the best hotels. The location, the helpful staff, the cleanliness and the free amenities made my stay even better. I will definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

Its quite a well kept and clean hotel and even though the staff weren't good in explaining things in English they utilized the internet apps available quite well to assist us in our everyday queries. Very efficient and helpful staff. Centrally located in the city just close to my meeting venue at the ICAO Regional office and closer to 2 huge shopping malls. Very convenient.

Great hotel with amazing pool and food. Staff were awesome. A bit out of the way location wise but staff were always helpful organizing transportation.

The location is amazing. The hotel is connected to the sky train only two stations to Siam and Paragon shopping mall. Staff are very polite and helpful. The room is clean. You can request room amenities as often as you like. Will definitely go back!
