Very nice

The hotel is less than a year old so everything was bright and shiny. Rooms were nice and fairly comfortable. We do have a couple complaints. First, the bar/food was not up to par. The menu that they provide was only patially available but we were not fully advised of that prior to ordering. Ordered a pretzel with beer cheese. Wawa no beer cheese or anything else to dip it on. Flatbread was terrible. Second, no microwave in the room. We do typically reheat leftovers so that was a big negative. These issues won't keep us from booking again. We do hope they get resolved though.

Spring Break vacay

Comfort & cleanliness was GREAT!! Loved the lights underneath the beds. The bar / restaurant was not open on our first night there. The pool was closed our entire stay which sucked, as we were there for spring break . My kids really wanted to swim. Other than those two things…everything was perfect .

Hotel is new, rooms are beautiful and staff was very friendly but we booked this hotel for a family vacation with toddlers looking forward to the pool. When we arrived we were immediately told that the pool was not opened yet due to weather still being cold. Weather was in the upper 80s both days and all other hotels around had their pools open. Also we stayed there there 3 night on the second day I asked for room service when we came back to the hotel they had only changed our towels and did our beds but floor was not clean and garbage was left behind. As new as this hotel is we were expecting so much more and hope this feedback helps provide better experience for future customers.

They advertise that they have a pool but it’s not even ready. Which is the only reason we picked this location. Awful smell when coming off the elevator throughout all the halls leading to our room (4th floor). Housekeeping didn’t knock they just busted in the room. Hotel “looks” nice but they need to hire more cleaning help. Any concerns that we expressed as far as false advertising the reply was “You booked with a third party”.

Terrific new hotel!

The hotel is new and you can tell! Extremely clean, room was well-appointed and very friendly staff. We loved the location, too. It smelled wonderful when we walked in - always a plus. We will stay here again!

New hotel so it was clean but you can tell they were short staffed. They never came by to clean out room. We had to go downstairs to the front desk to get towels. Also pool was not open and they didn’t know when it would open.
