New but not sure about housekeeping
The hotel is new so it was very nice however, the room could’ve been more clean. As soon as I took off my shoes, I noticed the bathroom needed to be swept and should’ve been mopped before occupying the room again - The dirty floor was also proven on the shower mat which was clean when we put it down and immediately filthy. After noticing the floor upon arrival, I went to the restroom and noticed a finger nail clipping in the trash can. I brought my own trash bags so I just lined the can and didn’t mention it. The next morning as we were going out, I asked the staff to leave fresh towels, wash cloths, and to sweep the floor. They left fresh linens and took out the trash, but left the finger nail clipping from the previous occupant, in the trash can.

We truly enjoyed our stay, the only negative was the automatic blinds! They would randomly go up on their own. Woke up the middle of night wondering why it was so bright in the room. Then noticed the blinds were up. Again, lovely room and hotel!

This hotel and staff were amazing! There’s a bar/restaurant in the lobby that have a wonderful selection, as well as some snacks and drinks if needed! Super clean hotel, the blinds are AMAZING. Truly black out at the touch of a button. The kids loved the lighting around the beds. Super clean, nice space. Lakelyn at the front desk was super friendly, offered our little cookies and was very informative. Highly recommend this hotel! We will be back
