We really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful. We don’t typically find nice hotels on the booking website because of photo issues but this place looked better than the photos. The smell of the rooms and building were clean and relaxing to me. 10/10 definitely recommend!

The rooms are nice and everything was clean and worked well. Staff is helpful and welcoming. The tent room where the twin beds are doesn’t get great air circulation so I’d advise adjusting your thermostat down when you get there and leaving the tent door open. Other than that we all had a very comfortable stay, with 5 kids ages 5-14 everyone had a great time. We will be back!

The staff were very friendly. Bobbie Jean was so nice and the guy at the bar. My only complaint was when we got up to the room it was hair still on the floor in the bathroom area. I called to the front desk and they took care of that immediately. The beds werent that comfortable and the walls are pretty thin. But overall it was a good experience and stay. The food was good and the kids had fun in the arcade and pool. We would definitely come back.

I didn’t like the $25/day fee have no idea what it was for. No one at reception could fully explain it. The game room cost money they said it paid for using the pool and lazy river but what hotel charges you to use the pool. We were there for 4 days and kids only used the pool once. If they feel their room rates are too low then just charge an extra $25 instead of calling it resort fee just like the room rate you don’t have a choice in paying it.

Great Spot for Families!

Great place for our family of 5. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and spacious, and there was so much for the kids to do. We also really loved the location as it was away from busy of Pigeon Forge and all the crowds, while also having beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains. Only downfall for us is they didn’t give us enough towels for our room as they kept giving us 3 towels for our family of 5 and we had to ask for more. The lazy river was also dirty as there was algae at the bottom and the skimmers were full of wood chips. Otherwise, we would stay here again!

Just booked one night in hopes of getting some sleep before driving back home. The lady at the front desk gave us room 128, which is conveniently located next to the kitchen and right above the trash compactor. Constant noise from the kitchen, employees talking loud and carts with rattling silverware well past midnight. Went to the front desk asking to be moved to another room to no avail but I was promises the noises would stop soon. Needless to say that didn’t happen. The trash compactors kept running all night long. At 5:30 we realized it was pointless to stay any longer, grabbed our stuff and left. If you want to experience sleep deprivation ask for rooms 128 or 127.

Perfect family getaway!

We loved this hotel. The room was spacious with its very high ceilings and great bathroom. We opted for a room that had a separate area for the kids and it was great! They had their own space but we were all still together. We also really loved that there was very little carpet in the room. Just seemed cleaner and easier on our traveling allergies. As a family we loved the arcade and entertainment on site so we could have fun together without leaving the property. We are already thinking about the next time we stay here.
