I didn’t like the $25/day fee have no idea what it was for. No one at reception could fully explain it. The game room cost money they said it paid for using the pool and lazy river but what hotel charges you to use the pool. We were there for 4 days and kids only used the pool once. If they feel their room rates are too low then just charge an extra $25 instead of calling it resort fee just like the room rate you don’t have a choice in paying it.

Great Spot for Families!

Great place for our family of 5. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and spacious, and there was so much for the kids to do. We also really loved the location as it was away from busy of Pigeon Forge and all the crowds, while also having beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains. Only downfall for us is they didn’t give us enough towels for our room as they kept giving us 3 towels for our family of 5 and we had to ask for more. The lazy river was also dirty as there was algae at the bottom and the skimmers were full of wood chips. Otherwise, we would stay here again!

Just booked one night in hopes of getting some sleep before driving back home. The lady at the front desk gave us room 128, which is conveniently located next to the kitchen and right above the trash compactor. Constant noise from the kitchen, employees talking loud and carts with rattling silverware well past midnight. Went to the front desk asking to be moved to another room to no avail but I was promises the noises would stop soon. Needless to say that didn’t happen. The trash compactors kept running all night long. At 5:30 we realized it was pointless to stay any longer, grabbed our stuff and left. If you want to experience sleep deprivation ask for rooms 128 or 127.

Perfect family getaway!

We loved this hotel. The room was spacious with its very high ceilings and great bathroom. We opted for a room that had a separate area for the kids and it was great! They had their own space but we were all still together. We also really loved that there was very little carpet in the room. Just seemed cleaner and easier on our traveling allergies. As a family we loved the arcade and entertainment on site so we could have fun together without leaving the property. We are already thinking about the next time we stay here.

Our new go to place in Pigeon Forge!

This was a great little resort style hotel! It was family and pet friendly. All of the staff were very friendly, it was clean and convenient to town. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in the area.

Great stay!

Our stay was great. We enjoyed the pool and arcade. The resort was clean, and our room was the perfect size for two adults and two teenagers. The beds were comfy. Just wish the bathroom had an exhaust fan. We were disappointed the duck bowling was only open from 2pm-8pm each day. Not sure why we had to pay for parking. Also, not sure why the $50 hold per day on my credit card. We already paid a daily resort fee. Drinks and food were overpriced. If I were to stay here again, I wouldn’t eat at Fins again.

My only issue is you shouldn’t pay let’s say 200 for a room, then 10 or whatever to park, and then pay for the breakfast bar and whatever else you’re wanting to do, some of those luxurys should be just that, a luxury, included in your stay. Just seems gauged.
