Overall this property is you get what you pay for and the desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The free breakfast is a major plus and works well enough. If you like the proximity to Dollywood and a good breakfast with "ok" cleanliness, this is your hotel.

Smoking Rooms

The hotel was good, great location! The complimentary breakfast was good and clean. The only thing that we were not happy about was the rooms. We asked for non smoking rooms, they gave us a room that was smoking. I couldn’t able to breathe, came to the front office to change for a different room. I asked the gentleman at the front desk why he gave us a smoking room when we asked for non smoking at the check-in. He responded “he didn’t know which room is smoking and which room is non smoking. Very disappointed

We got a room and opened the door to find a man laying in the bed so they put us in a second room that had not been cleaned, re stocked and the AC was broken.
