Our stay was pleasant. Only issue was the ice machine was right in front of our room and could be loud, but otherwise not bad. Great price and decent location. We would stay there again.

All good but one thing

Room newly renovated and clean except the carpet was nasty. You walk barefoot and your feet turn black. Good breakfast.

Room was very clean and neat....looked newly remodeled. All amenities were provided. In room microwave, refrigerated and coffeemaker with coffee supplies. Plenty of towels and washclothes. Friendly front desk staff and very willing to accomodate any needs.

There was no parking. The first night we circled around 45 minutes until we finally found a place to park. The second night we were driving around for 30 minutes and went in to talk to reception and they said to park in the restaurant next-door. they never cleaned our room.The toilet was not bolted to the floor in the one room (406) and the shower handle was broken. We had to keep going to get towels and toilet paper. The second night in one of our rooms the ac unit froze up and my husband told the front desk and she came up with an attitude arguing that he said hairdryer not air conditioner. She said there was no maintenance available. My husband cleaned the filter and worked on it until it started halfway blowing. She said she would send maintenance the following day, but she did not and we confronted her and she stated that since it started working the night before she didn’t tell them. We had the same issue that night as well. No manager was available so we called when we got home on the 28th. He was supposed to refund us one night for each room, but instead tried to take out more money. I had to wait five days and then my bank took care of the debit that they tried to withdraw. I’ve called repeated have been told the manager is not there. I’ve left my number and haven’t received any return calls. Now I can’t even get through on the phone… just rings until it’s busy.

Not good, but good enough

First of all, the service was excellent and the people were kind. However the building, itself, left much to be desired. Multiple areas with exposed wires, the side of the building is loosing its paint to rust, building materials in piles around the building, the power went out for 2 seconds randomly, etc. The room was fine, some left behind trash, the shower was a little dirty, sheets were stained and unusable, phone didn't work, TV had a dead spot on the corner, so on and so forth... If the place didn't only cost $55 a night, then it would be poor. But for the price, it was good enough.

Constant noise and curtains don’t close all the way allowing light to shine into the room. Makes it tough to sleep. Breakfast was very disappointing. Very low quality and not a pleasant atmosphere. Desk person at check in was all about charging us the security deposit which was almost the room rate. She didn’t really seem like she wanted to be there. Very disappointing stay to say the least.
