The room was ok but shower door came off the roller while showering and bolt almost hit my foot. The rooms are a bit noisy with the heavy traffic. Sheet had a stain on it. Bed was hard. For the money though it was ok for a place to sleep and shower (minus the shower door)

Room was clean. Can tell a lot of upgrading is taking place. Front desk helpful when asking for towels, wash cloths, etc… would stay again even with the few sketchy looking homeless men who seemed to stay the night outside on the 2nd floor.

Great stay! Our bathroom light was out the first day and they offered to move us into another room. We were so busy we decided to keep the room and they fixed it the following morning! We always enjoy staying here.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was not in good condition shower door was off the runner, iron rack fell off the wall, coffee pot did not work and could not operate digital clock. Needed repairs were reported to office for room 221 upon check out. Had to ask for bath soap upon check in.

would not recommend this place if you don’t want to keep going back down to the lobby to get key renewed everytime you want in your room, room was not cleaned good enough, clock was on the floor, hair ties on the ground that had hair in them, hair ball in the shower, we booked through expedia and when we got there they said we didn’t even tho we had proof made us pay again, sheets had stains on them, towels had stains

For the price I paid for the room, I expected a hotel in poor condition or uncomfortable rooms, but they exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, the shower had good water pressure, the breakfast was decent, and I would definitely return to the hotel. The only downside was the parking, as customers from the restaurant next door were using the hotel's parking lot

The room was disgusting. Didn’t look like it was cleaned at all. We had no clean towels up there and there were dirty washcloths in the shower. But the bed was made. We asked for someone to come clean it and they took forever. We felt gross to sleep there but I had already paid for it. Will not stay here again.

The toilet in our room was leaking, the toilet paper holder was falling off. The breakfast room was disgusting (tongs stuck in the drawer handle for storage) and the only options for breakfast were surgery foods like cereal, toast or waffle. Juices were like syrup. The water out of the dispenser taste musty. There is also a rescue/fire dept right behind the hotel and the hotel street noise is terrible. The staff was friendly. Would not recommend staying.

The room was clean. However, the bathroom door wouldn't latch. The toilet was not secured to the floor and rocked. In general, bathroom amenities were lacking. The exterior door didn't seal well and cold air comes through.
