My thoughts

motel was older which way fine. The rooms were very small as was the bathroom. The motel did not feel very safe to me. The door had big gaps where light came in. Motel just didn't have a good feel. I would not recommend.

They never came to clean the room even though we requested it. Also, there was just white bread for breakfast, no bagels. Only small apples, no any other fruit. The breakfast was very disappointing.

The staff was not very friendly and hard to understand due to a language barrier. The shower was dirty as it appeared to have mildew around the perimeter of the shower and hair on the walls. Parking is limited and most have to park at the restaurant next door.

Convienant part of town walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Noisy due to short distance to road and motorcycle traffic in the adjoining parking lot. Bedsheets were stained, floors needed to be vacuumed, empty shampoo and nearly emtpy conditioner left by housekeeping, maintenence is lacking with the shower door off the track making it very difficult to open and once did it seemed like it was about to break. This could be a really nice proprty if more attention to cleanliness was provided in the rooms and around the property.

Great for the Price

The room was basic and beds comfortable. Stains on towels and some linens but nothing major. Carpet was filthy, keep your shoes on. The rest of the room was clean. No place to hang a towel near the shower door opening so we draped it over the door. Toilet paper dispenser had been torn out of the wall and screwed back in but the previous hole wasn't patched. Breakfast was what you expect from a free hot breakfast. Waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage, and an assortment of other grab and go items such as cereal, yogurt, breads/bagels, muffins. For the price it was acceptable and the location was great. Parking is terrible if you are on the side facing the resturant. They have parallel parking on the side which makes it VERY difficult to pull in or back in to a space on that side. Resturant patrons also utilize the parking area in the front of the building so parking can be tricky on a busy evening.

Wonderful

The stay was wonderful! The room had everything we needed and it was very clean. Loved the fact that they had breakfast available until 10:00 a.m. and it was very good. All of the staff we encountered were very nice. We would definitely stay here again. The only bad thing was the parking lot filled up very quick and it was difficult to find a parking space after doing the Pigeon Forge activities throughout the day.

King size beds were wonderful, comfortable and rooms are big. My husband did not like the smell of the bed sheets. Carpet in the room was dirty. Sink had a lot of hairs so it was clogged up. Property parking is very limited and spaces are small. We drive a full size truck. Very hard to find a space. Breakfast was very limited.
