If you’re simply looking for a place to just sleep for the night and or grab a bite to eat well within walking distance then this is your spot, the room was clean and well kept except for the used bath cloth still hanging over the shower head, but overall it was good!

.y family loved it here! The view of the mountains was beautiful! Room was clean and cozy! Water pressure wasn't great but good enough for us! Breakfast was good!

Disappointed and upset.
We were given a room that was being updated. It had not hair dryer, soap, shampoo, privacy curtain, lamp shades and smelled of fresh paint. Refrigerator had not been installed. Front desk laughed and said maybe our next visit would be better. THERE WILL BE NOT NEXT VISIT AT THIS LOCATION.

This is our new pigeon forge staying spot..great location,great price great for the family..if you want luxury stay,goo pay more somewhere else. If you want a greatstay,cleanstay,and friendly staff for a fraction of the price,this place is perfect..when we go on vacation , we sleep ,shower and change in the room. All of those are checked off nicley. The breakfast is actually better than most high priced places.parking gets a little packed when its busy , but that has alot to do with the central location.i would definitely recommend this place..we are 2 adult,1 teen and 1 9year old. Perfec fit for the double queen room.
