Wasn’t very pleased with this property. Shower door came off track and fell on me. Tried to report this but there was NEVER any one at the front desk. My phone in the room did not work. I asked for towels and wash cloths multiple times, I barely got any of those. Anytime I needed help with something, I could never find a staff member. I honestly couldn’t wait to check out. I would not book this hotel again.

First gave us a handicap room beds very low to ground had them change our room very loud right by stairs and ice machine stingy with toilet paper pictures were very different wouldn't stay there again

Breakfast was good. Parking not so good. Our room was in need of being updated. Shower had lots of cracks with build up in them. The room did not smell good. The front desk service was AWFUL!

Very little contact from staff. Had to ask for clean towels. Room was not cleaned while we were there as far as we could tell. We were there for four nights and our bed was not made or bed linen was changed. I guess I'm old fashion but i would think that the bed linen should have been changed and the bed made.

The room was decent, but it is a hotel where you enter in your room from the outside. It's a small hotel with small rooms that against a side road and next to gocarts, so it is loud until after midnight. Parking is minimum being next door on the other side to a restaurant whose customers takes some of those limited spots.The breakfast was good.

When we arrived, I told them I had emailed 2 days before that I had a down allergy. They said they never got the email but found it after a few minutes, they said they could not take the down comforter off the bed that housekeeping had left for the day. I ask if they could take them off and give me blankets as I noticed they had down when I emailed the request. They said they would not and canceled my reservation. Left me standing there for 15 min. before they told me.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly, and we really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. The only area that could use improvement is the continental breakfast. While it was decent, the variety was pretty limited. A few more options—like some hot items, fresh fruit, or more protein choices—would really take it to the next level. Other than that, everything was excellent and we’d definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and a good variety to choose from. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the counter area where the food was presented. The staff ensure there was adequate food, however, maintaining a clean counter from the people serving themselves was not present. I had breakfast there two mornings and both morning the counter and tables where lacking in someone maintaining a clean counter and tables.
