The location was really dirty, I had purchased a swifter mop and passed it on the floor and mop it over 3 times and every time it came out dirty, after it dried my kids feet’s keep getting dark of so much dirt, we could to finish the stay and had to checkout half way the stay because we did not liked how dirty it seemed, we saw staff mopping all the floors from several empty rooms with a dirty towel and they did not even bother to replace it, the towel was supposed to be white and it looked chocolate brown, they kept going from room to room, so we then tried to contact the property manager to get a refund for the days that we did not stay and they never picked theirs phones no matter how many times we tried, very dissatisfied customer, we contacted Expedia since we booked thru them and they also tried to contact the property manager to no avail, so we did not get the refund for the days that we did not use
