The property could use a good update and deep cleaning and maintenance update. Over all the rooms were cozy and the beds were good just a lot of little things like dirty curtains and walls and maintenance updates like replacing outlet covers and repairing broken fixtures. Nothing making our stay intolerable. Loved the balcony but was promised a Mountain View but didnt get one. The indoor pool chlorine was so strong it burns your eyes and the hot tub was also so strong you couldn’t turn it on.

My family of 5 (2 adults, 2 older children) stayed here for 4 days during spring break. The room amenities online were inaccurate, it didn't show in pics nor specify in description that it also had a pull out sofa. I reserved 2 rooms thinking there was only 2 beds, and that wasn't going to work with my older son and daughter, so wasn't happy about the extra expense. The sheets and covers were dirty in one of the rooms, as was the floor. Front desk person came up with more sheets and blankets, and vacuumed the floor. Had to replace the sheets ourself. There is no hot water, warm at best even when turned all the way to hot. The free Wi-Fi couldn't handle the traffic, so the TV was constantly lagging along with other electronics. It's your typical Indian ran hotel. I wouldn't recommend it, and I def won't be staying there next time. The property as a whole is trashy. There are much better options for the price, I found that out too late.

Staff were nice to us but the property manager was rude to others. Our room wasn’t the cleanest, Doritos in the bed frame, hair on the shower wall, you could tell the carpet in the room hadn’t been vacuumed. The key card wouldn’t work had to replace them three different times in one day. The breakfast wasn’t on time about 30 minutes late on that. Couldn’t bring your breakfast to your room. (Not that I would want too) but one guy wanted to surprise his wife in bed with breakfast. He said let them say something because I had to wake the worker up from the couch. One of the staff members slept on the couch for about four hours. I understand it was his first night on the job but very unprofessional and other stayers had to wake him up. He didn’t know how to check people in or out. One of the housekeepers/maid brought 2/3 of her kids to work with her (possibly why the rooms wasn’t cleaned). First time staying at this hotel and will definitely be my last time. Only plus side was meeting all the other travelers and my birthday twin from Illinois ( same birthday) lol

Worst experience ever

This place doesn’t even deserve a 1. The owner was rude. The rooms were dirty. The sheets had stains on them. It’s bad when a 9 and 14 year old complain about stuff being dirty. Also said continental breakfast was provided. No breakfast. We waited until 8 and nothing. We tried to check out and the worker was sleeping on the coach. We had to wake him . He said he didn’t know how to check people out that this was his first night working. Once the owner arrived at 745 he proceeded to make us wait bc he said he had to set the breakfast out. He is a very rude. Made us feel very uncomfortable.

I had high expectations for this hotel, but the following happened: 1. The front desk person gave me a smelly room with a broken toilet. They moved me to the room next door, which also had a bad smell and the balcony door didn't work. The people who rented the rooms next door were smoking, and my daughter has asthma. 2. When I checked in, I told the receptionist I needed a non-smoking room, and the people next door were smoking. 3. They charged me a service fee I never received. 4. The hotel offers breakfast that they didn't have. The next day, everything was dirty. 5. When I tried to speak to the manager, he started yelling at me in front of other customers.

The beds were awful, limited towels, never had our room cleaned over a period of 4 days, the hot tub jets didn't work and the hot tub was disgusting, the pool was freezing, the vending machines were out of stock and what wasn't out of stock was the wrong item when you pressed a button, we asked for towels multiple times and only received them after bringing our dirty towels down to the front desk from the 6th floor, they would lock the front door at night and switch which doors were open in the back so if you were out past 10 pm, you had to check every door before finally getting in, we ran out of trash bags, the water in the shower was FREEZING for 30 minutes before it would start to warm up, we had a horrible stay to say the least. The only good thing about our stay was the fact that it had a small patio.

Do not recommend!

We came for a one night stay and im so glad we didnt book for more! The shower in our room was luke warm at best, half the lights did not work, the pool and hot tub had an odor and were so cloudy you couldnt see the bottom of the pool! Upon waking up and our boys wanting breakfast- we made our way downstairs to find nothing was set out, juice machine broken, rasin bran cereal but no milk, no hot foods or even bagels and their empty settings were visibly dirty!

Cringy hotel with nice views, cheap

Nobody is there at office until u scream for help. And they lock doors at all hrs of night. The people look shot out. Hotel must be under new leadership cause there's no food breakfast besides a waffle.

It was an ok stay, described room was nothing like it said but we made due. Had 3 beds in a row in one room instead of two rooms. The tp was rough as a corn cob. Mirror didn’t fit in frame. Shower water was opposite as posted.

Felt like a prison being locked into the hotel. There was only 1 staff member, and she had no clue what to do, was charge a fee of $15 and she didn't know what it was for, Room was dirty and bed had stains all over them. Ended up checking out and going to another hotel.

I have mixed feeling about this hotel. It wasnt a surper nasty place, but it wasnt very clean. The pool was suppsed to be heated but it was ice cold. And the Smell marijuana was horrible. As soon as you step out of the room you could smell it. Someone was trying to stay mellow all weekend I guess. It was so strong the first night it was coming in our room. I only seen one lady working there the whole weekend. From the time we got up to we went to bed. This could be a really great place to stay if it was updated and the smell of weed wasnt so strong. Would imI book this place again? Probably not
