Rooms were very clean and quiet. Staffs were very helpful in general, and vehicle used for transfer to Disney land was classy. Hot spring was awesome and relaxing. Restaurant food were great quality. Overall highly recommended.

Hotel was ok, very quiet, not too many people around. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was ok, not great. Gym was average and run down. Only there for one night so can’t comment much more.

We had a pleasant stay at the Crowne Plaza. It was conveniently located on Nanjing Road, and we appreciated the water every day. It was very quiet on the floor until some children were running in the halls late on our last night.
