Muy limpio y excelente servicio

Apreciamos mucho cada detalle que nos brindaron desde el ingreso la apertura de puertas .El personal del restaurante que recordaban nuestras preferencias de alimentación y turno de lobby fueron muy atentos, el camarero encargado que mantenía impecables la habitación. Como punto a mejorar, revisar el diseño de la grifería de la tina; tiene bordes muy prominentes con los que es fácil golpearse por accidente mientras uno se ducha.

Very nice hotel in a cool building with great service. We booked a suite and the room was huge but poorly designed. The shower was so small the shower door opened into the shower stream when running and you couldn’t stand in the shower to regulate the temperature without being in the stream. It made showering unnecessarily challenging. The carpet in the suite was also the hard wearing nylon type you would expect in a public building and not a luxury hotel room making it uncomfortable to walk on. The breakfast quality was also poor. Not enough fruit, terrible pastries, and eggs (boiled or omelettes) not cooked suitably.
