Overall nice stay, clean rooms and friendly staff. Our only real issue was the heater in room did not work. I heard same from a few others who were staying as well. They did provide a space heater which worked well, but I did not feel safe sleeping with it on.

Best Western Balgeddie House Hotel
Cannot find fault - Very quiet location. Time restraints meant that we didn’t have a chance to use the facilities so can’t comment on the pool etc but the hotel building was very nice and full of character. We’ll probably book here again next time we’re in the area.
