Breakfast was fantastic. Property itself definitely has an old-fashioned/antique feel to it. The gentleman checking us in was a little confused as to what room to give us.

Couldn't fault the accommodation close to the train station ,a very friendly welcome, room was extremely comfortable with huge balcony . Will highly recommend and look forward to staying again

Not quite a 4-star experience. A beautiful property and nice rooms, but let down by poor housekeeping and disappointing evening meals in particular for children. Lacking the Austrian charm that we would expect and enjoy on a skiing holiday.

This property is brand new and the shower all filled the bathroom with 1/2” of water the staff was unable to assist. They made piles of towels to block the water from the poorly built bathrooms they are all like this. No concessions could be made by the hotel
