It was an amazing experience at the resort. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area and beach. A few small improvements would make the experience even more consistent with a five-star hotel: adding extra towel or robe hooks in the shower area, installing a hygienic shower in the bathroom, and providing a capsule coffee machine in the room. The location is also very convenient—just a short taxi or bus ride from Platania, with many restaurants and shops. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. I’d also like to recognize the incredible breakfast team. This boutique hotel is a gem in the mountains. The staff are outstanding and make your stay worth every minute. They are attentive, friendly, helpful, and proactive at all times. The surrounding views are incredible and this is the ultimate quiet escape away from the crowds. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel and I look forward to returning.

The location is really great and the hotel is lovely. The staff are incredible- friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Did not like the smell of the water in the toilet. I imagine it has to do with the water being recycled (grey water) and for such an expensive hotel to not replenish water bottles daily was a surprise. Everything else was fantastic.

Room was always clean and spacious. Cleaners excellent as well as all staff, (reception and restaurant) all friendly. Food was good at breakfast and quick service. Really enjoyed our stay.

The cleaning staff kept the hallways and rooms spotless. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast buffet had great options. Our bartender made the most delicious drinks. The hotel is perfectly located and just 5 minutes walk from restaurants, stores and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

I actually don't know where to start..... The food was amazing, the staff incredible, the pool area and beach stunning. I've been lucky enough to travel to some amazing places, staying in amazing resorts. This place is up there with the very best of them. Thank you for an amazing trip, I will be back.
