There were odd smells in room, and elevator. Breakfast was not good and missing stuff. Sausage was over cooked, cream cheese and no bagles.

Attention to detail needs to be taken seriously as we identified multiple cleanliness issues with common areas, elevators, the fitness area and the rooms... particularly the bathroom. (Example... air vents need attention.)

This was a great room for the price. We attended a concert at the Morton Amphitheater and the casino was a nice way to cap it off.

Room was better than expected being an extended stay property. Beds were very comfortable and accommodating.

The property was well located on Mainstreet downtown with. Street car stop right out front. The housekeeping was poor leaving allot to be desired.

The Hotel Silver Heart Inn was an amazing place to stay....beautifully maintained 170 year old home decorated with wonderful antiques. Breakfast was served in the morning including fresh fruit, german apple pancake and sausage! We loved the touches including bathrobes, and Gentle Bee shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The Gentle Bee was so amazing I ordered shampoo and conditioner when I got home! We would 100% stay at Silver Heart Inn again!!
