Fabulous staff

Upon arrival we were pleased with what we saw and check in. Room had a nice big balcony in front of the pool and air con was a nice touch. After a few days we were concerned that nobody had cleaned our room or changed the bedding or towels. Ring the reception and they said the cleaner was due to come on Saturday. We were booked in mon - Mon so Saturday wasn't good. Asked for new towels and was refused and told to wash them in the laundrette. Cleaner came on Saturday and swapped the towels and took the rubbish but didn't clean the room. Also we were up at 8.00am and the majority of the sun lounges had towels on and very few free, pool was very busy and never got chance to get on the hot tub as there was always somebody in there. For the price we paid we expected better. Probably wouldn't return here and this is about 15th visit to Tenerife

This was a perfect base for our holiday and we can’t wait to come back again. The apartment was so spacious, modern and comfortable furniture with enough decorative features to make it feel homely rather than just a generic rental. There were ample towels and the maintenance team were checking our hot tub every morning. The whole resort is spotless and the staff are all fantastic. My only ‘criticism’ is Zachary’s bar is pricey for what it is. You get much better quality and value elsewhere x

Very clean apartment, spacious and good amenities. Comfortable beds, lovely lounge area, 2 bathrooms. 2 bed room apartment with roof terrace, terrace had table/chairs and sun loungers! Friendly staff, very helpful. Excellent onsite bar and restaurant, food and drinks very good. Would recommend!

Really clean room, only downside was no Aircon
