Manager willingly unsympathetic to our situation we were there for a funeral that was 45 mnutes away we are not familiar with the area and was very distraught we found out where the rest of our family was staying and wanted to go there but she refused to try and work it out even at 1/2 refund will never stay there

The property itself is great. Friendly staff, clean room, clean common areas and convenient parking. The breakfast was a huge disappointment. Everything empty (and not refilled in a timely manner) and an absolute mess. Trash overflowing, food all over the counters and floors, tables unclean, etc. We ended up finding a restaurant and paying for breakfast. This is unfortunate because the free breakfast was an amenity that we specifically looked for since we are traveling with kids.
