Port Hood Vacation Packages

We booked the hotel because it had a restaurant and bar and close to Sydney when we got there we were informed that there was a special event and the restaurant was closed as also was the bar we were told they could not get us any type of dinner till 730 which was extremely disappointing so we had to drive in and find a restaurant to go to after a very long day driving so it was a great disappointment The room itself was excellent. The staff were good, but we’re so busy. They weren’t very helpful and helping us find a place to eat so we use ChatGPT to find the yacht club that was shortly down the road and would highly recommended to anybody that ever stayed at that hotel.

The best thing about Kelly's were the staff:most accommodating, welcoming and helpful in suggestions for attractions and dining. Room was clean, large and we enjoyed the firepit. Memorable view!!!

Our room was recently renovated and nice but the hallways were dirty with stained carpets. Expensive for the state of the hotel! Great location

First impression not the best regarding the front desk person wearing a stained dirty shirt, but was very friendly. Bathroom toilet was not cleaned very well. Room was nice, convenient ground parking accessible right outside the room. Breakfast was cooked fresh which I appreciated. I was not disappointed with my stay overall and would do so again as a solo guest just passing through on business.
