It was very disappointing. Definitely not as advertised. We stayed three nights and never seen housekeeping once. Needed to request clean towels and a working hairdryer. Property in great need of refurbishing. Immediately on arrival there was a very bad odour in our room. Black mold noted around bathtub caulking. Dusty shelves. Loud bathroom fan. The room has not been painted in many years. TV also not working. Also WIFI did not work consistently. The positives were the included breakfast with friendly staff. We would not recommend.

Cindy and John were model hosts— kind and hospitable. We loved the china and home-baked goods. Our room was lovely and very comfortable for our three night stay. The Inn is located in a good location for walking to historic St. John’s sites. We highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely lovely. This is our second time staying and we will stay again in the future. Beautiful Inn, comfortable, and convenient location in downtown.

The bed and bedding were great. No coffee pot. A kettle with instant coffee. The bathroom mirror was up too high for my wife to see more than her eyes! She’s 5’2”. She used the bedroom mirror with the blow dryer. The rest was good and clean. Close to everything!
