My family and I stayed just for one night for a short visit to Upstate NY. The lobby area was beautifully decorated, modern and all Christmas vibes. Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean and perfect size for our family. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety of options.

I had a problem with room and were very accommodating and changed it quickly. Also I left a phone charger in my room and they found it and called me. I dealt with a couple of staff members at the desk and all of them were helpful
