Not happy that we had to pay an extra $100 to have our 2 dogs with us. We booked it with pets. Shower bathing supplies were empty. Pretty unimpressed with Hotels.com. Never using them again.

Switch to three different rooms. None of the rooms are fully ready showers don’t work air air-conditioning. Don’t work Internet doesn’t work. Phone does not work. They don’t offer a toilet paper. It’s literally just a room.
