This is a very nice hotel. Front desk staff were accommodating, room was spotless, comfortable and beds were great. This hotel is quiet at night. If you’re a solo traveler it felt safe with families staying there. Breakfast had delicious scrambled eggs, plus yogurt, fruit, bread, cereal, many choices. It’s a halfway point between NY and Florida and I highly recommend it. Also there are restaurant options nearby.

We stop here traveling from Maine to PA, it is convenient to getting on and off the highway. Rooms are clean, and staff have been very pleasant and helpful. We travel with a service dog and it is convent to walk him with good outside lighting. The room provides the basics and for our purposes it is a great place to stop. The I-84 Diner is a wonderful place to have a meal!! No complaints at all!!

The tv didn't work. I called down to the front desk and they couldn't help. I asked for a discount and they that they couldn't do anything cause it was billed through a third party.

It was nice and clean, however we did not have room cleaned every day, do not know if we had to ask! The down side it was we deposit $50 and they said it would reimbursed if the room was in good condition and make sure we did not smoke in the room, we are non smokers and it has been over a week and we did not get our $50 back! Not a happy camper!
